Boots for Horses

The legs are four of the most important  parts of the working horse.   Horses do not always travel straight with their feet and often they strike the opposite leg with their hoof causing lumps and sores that frequently lead to lameness.  Therefore, it had been part of the mission to try to reduce the impact of these strikes by providing boots for protection.   The cocheros are always thrilled to have their horse’s legs protected.
